)NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION.
WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT.
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
Public Notice is hereby given:
(1) That on the day of October, 1962, pursuant
to the provisions of the Walter Conservancy Act of Colorado and
Chapter 149, Article VI of Colorado Revised Statutes of 1953, as
amended, there was filed in tea Office of the Clark of the District
Court, sitting in and for Weld County, Coloradc, the Petition of
the Town of Firestone, Colorado, and numerous persons w:to arm own-
ers of land embraced within the Town of Firestone, Colorado, for
the inclusion of an additional area into Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District.
(2) The property sought to be included within the
District will be benefited by the accomplishment of the purposes
for which the original District was formed.
The general description of the area and territory which
is sought to be included within the boundaries of Northern Colorado
Water Conservancy District, includes all that property now located
within the Town limits of the Tow'1 of Firestone, County of Weld,
State of Colorado.
(3) That public hearing will be held on the 2nd day
of January, 1963, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock A. M., by the District
Court, at the Court House, Court. Room A, in the City of Boulder,
Boulder County, Colorado.

All persons and corporations owning Ir interested in
real estate within the territory hereinbefore described will be
given the opportunity to be heard r:,=_• the time and place abova
specified.
