MEMBER OF THE WELD COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has accepted the resignation
of William Dersham as a member of the Weld County Board of Health, and
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy in said office, Niles S. Miller of Platte-
ville, Colorado has consented to serve on said Board of Health.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Niles S. Miller be and he is hereby appointed to
complete the vacant unexpired term, ending May 23, 1967.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
