(DE/ER/Mw), 1-IL(s S /u.), P W (rH /DN Mb /CK /SE), O6 (B.) 12/2. /2'i 2024-3389 Air Pollution Control Division 47.'4- Notice of a Proposed Construction Permit Warranting Public Comment Website Title: Bonanza Creek Energy Operating Company, LLC - Antelope 13-21 Central Production Facility (COGCC #441276) - Weld County Notice Period Begins: December 23, 2024 Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution: Applicant: Bonanza Creek Energy Operating Company, LLC Facility: Antelope 13-21 Central Production Facility (COGCC #441276) Centralized Well Production Facility NESW Quadrant of Section 21, Township 5N, Range 62W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: The applicant proposes to develop new emissions factors and obtain new emission limits for the condensate tank, low pressure gas flaring, and produced water tank. Additionally, the slop tank is proposed to be split out from the condensate tank to its own AIRS ID for permitting purposes. Furthermore, the applicant requests to classify the VRU as process equipment in relation to the condensate tank. The facility is in the severe ozone nonattainment area. The facility is major for VOC and NOx NANSR and TV -OP programs. A copy of the application, the division's analysis, and a draft of construction permit number 15WE1001 are available on the division website: Air Permit Public Notices The division hereby solicits submission of public comments from any interested person concerning the ability of the proposed project or activity to comply with the applicable standards and regulations of the commission. The division will receive and consider written public comments for thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this notice.
