Town of Johnstown Amendment to the
208 Areawide Water Quality Management
Plan —208 Wastewater Utility Service Area
Modification
The North Front Range Water Quality Planning Association (NFRWQPA) will conduct a public hearing to
amend the 208 Areawide Water Quality Management Plan. The public hearing date tentatively would be
April 25, 2024, at 2:00 PM. The Town of Johnstown proposes modifying its 208 Wastewater Utility Service
Area (WUSA) boundaries. The 208 WUSA boundary modification is in conjunction with the Town's Utility
Plan approved on July 28, 2022. The following maps illustrate the current and proposed WUSA
boundaries. Comments may be expressed during the association public hearing/meeting tentatively set
for 2 PM on April 25, 2024, or by contacting the NFRWQPA office at mthomas@nfrwgpa.org. The
referenced Utility Plan above may also be viewed on the Association website here. Additional information
regarding the proposed Town of Johnstown WUSA Boundary Modification Amendment may be viewed
