The undersigned certifies the ownership of their decimal interest in production or proceeds as described above payable by Bayswater
Exploration & Production, LLC (Payor).
Payor shall be notified, in writing, of any change in ownership, decimal interest, or payment address. All such changes shall be
effective the first day of the month following receipt of such notice.
Payor is authorized to withhold payment pending resolution of a title dispute or adverse claim asserted regarding the interest in
production claimed herein by the undersigned. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and reimburse Payor any amount attributable to
an interest to which the undersigned is not entitled.
Payor may accrue proceeds until the total amount equals $100.00 or pay annually, whichever occurs first or as required by
applicable state statute.
This Transfer Division Order does not amend any lease or operating agreement between the undersigned and the lessee or operator
or any other contracts for the purchase of oil or gas.
In addition to the terms and conditions of this Transfer Division Order, the undersigned and Payor may have certain statutory rights
under the laws of the state in which the property is located.
Special Clauses: The Owners expressly waive any claim against Bayswater Exploration & Production, LLC for any and all
amounts owed to Owners from any third party for Oil or Gas produced from the Lands prior to the effective date hereof.

We received the above mentioned Division Order. Please be advised that the following information must accompany all Division Orders which are submitted to Weld County Board of County Commissioners for approval:
1. The reception number(s) or copy of the lease that shows Weld County's mineral interest.
2. Detailed calculations illustrating how the County's royalty interest was derived.
3. Title opinion pages that refer to Weld County's royalty interest.

QUIT CLAIM DEED

subdivision of the State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Weld, whose address is 1150 O Street, P O _Box 758, Greeley, Colorado 80632, of the
first part, and to the Town of Ault, a municipal corporation of the state of Colorado, by and
through its Town Board, whose address is P O Box 1098, 201 151 Street, Ault, CO 80610, of the

Hi Jess,
I am happy to explain. A Federal CA is a Communitization Agreement, required when there are Federal lands within a
unit. ERI stands for Exempt Royalty Interest, so it does not get taxed.

I'm just going to include the explanation from your email below. For clarification, when you say Federal CA, what does the
CA stand for? My brain goes to California, but that doesn't seem applicable to this scenario. Also, what interest type is
"ERI"?

Hi Jess,
I want to point out that this unit is under Federal CA, there are Fed minerals in the ROW traversing several tracts. The
BLM prescribed the amount of acreage attributable to the ROW, and the total Unit acreage must be based on their
plats, which is 1280 acres. This is resulting in slight decrease in acreage as to the other tracts in the unit, to
accommodate the BLM.

I appreciate all of your help on this DO so far and I'm sorry to bug you about this again, but I'm not getting any of these
numbers to add up using the formula I usually use, which is tract acres (:) acres in spacing unit (x) lease royalty percentage
(_) owners royalty interest.
Is the spacing unit of 1,280.0000 acres, as indicated on the DO, accurate?

NOTES: I couldn't get the numbers to pencil using our standard calculation. Bayswater's response,
per the attached email, "this unit is under Federal CA (Communitization Agreement), there are Fed
minerals in the ROW traversing several tracts. The BLM prescribed the amount of acreage
attributable to the ROW, and the total Unit acreage must be based on their plats, which is 1280
acres. This is resulting in slight decrease in acreage as to the other tracts in the unit, to
accommodate the BLM."
