Treasurer 'Weld County in the net amount of $338.77. This Fed-
eral reimbursement is in connection with Colo. Project 000-10-
66 (electrical wiring for CD motor generator unit EOC)approved
by OCD on December 17, 1965.
We are also enclosing cony of OCD Form 380 for your information
and guidance. We also regret the delay in processing this pro-
ject but trust that it has not caused you any serious inconven-
