This property is located within the Todd Creek Village Metropolitan District (TCVMD) Service Area and TCVMD has
the ability to service this property with both water and sanitary sewer services.
There are two points that TCVMD will respond to in this application -
1. I do not remember if I wrote a Will -Serve letter for this property or not. If a will -serve letter is needed, the
District is willing to provide one.
There are 4 water mains installed on this property; 1 - 12" potable and 1-12" irrigation along the west side
that parallels WCR 19 and 1 — 8" and 1 — 8" irrigation along the south side that parallels WCR 2.
2. The below is from the Environmental Health Questionnaire related to sewage disposal -
2. Discuss the existing and proposed sewage disposal system is on the property. If utilizing an existing on -site
wastewater treatment system (OWTS), provide the OWTS permit number. If there is no permit due to the age of the
existing system, apply for a permit through the Department of Public Health and Environment prior to submitting
this application. If a new OWTS system will be installed, please state "a new on -site wastewater treatment system
is proposed." Only propose portable toilets if the use is consistent with the Department of Public Health and
Environment's portable toilet policy.
Response: There is no existing sewage disposal system at this time. Todd Creek does not have a sewer line in
close proximity at this time (there is a proposed sewer line planned 2-4 years from now to come in along the north
side of county road 2). If needed, septic will be installed.
TCVMD response-
TCVMD will require that this property be served by sanitary sewer and no septic systems will be
allowed.
There is a plan for a sewer mainline to be installed within 100' of this property if not directly on the
property.
