Bids were received and opened on April 23, 2024, for B2400068 - Dell Maintenance and
Support - BAFO. Three (3) bids were received ranging from $527,767.00 to
$797,676.07. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Lewan Technology, out of
Greenwood Village, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $527,767.00 and meets
the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2400068 - Dell
Maintenance and Support - BAFO to Lewan Technology, for a total amount of
$527,767.00.
