I, JAMES H. SHELTON, being the duly elected, qualified, and
acting District Attorney in and for the Nineteenth judicial District in
the State of Colorado, do hereby appoint JOHN J. ALTHOFF, of Greeley,
Colorado, R. PAUL BROWN, of Fort Lupton, Colorado, and WILLIAM L. WEST,
of Greeley, Colorado, as my Deputies in and for said Nineteenth Judicial
District, said appointment to commence on the 12th day of January,
A.D. 1965, and to continue during my term of office,unless sooner
terminated; and I do hereby request the judges of the District Court of
the Nineteenth Judicial District to fix the compensation of each of said
Deputies at the sum of Six Thousand Dollars (96, 000.00) each year, to
be paid in twelve equal monthly installments out of the general fund of
Weld County, Colorado.

We, the judges of the District Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
District of the Rots of Colorado, do hereby approve the appointment of
and fix the compensation for the services of JOHN J. ALTHOFF,
R. PAUL BROWN, and WILLIAM L. WIC, as Diputios to the District
Attorney of the Nineteenth Judicial District, as Six Thousand Dollars
456,000.00) each per annum, to be paid in twelve aqual monthly
installments out of the vowel fund of Wald County, Colorado, beginning
January 12, 1065.
Done this 12th day of January A. 1965.
We, the board of County Commissioners of Wild County, Colorado,
do hereby approve the salary of each of the abevs-paned Deputies,
JOHN J. ALTHOFF, R. PAUL BROWN, and WILLIAM L. Wes, at Rix
Thousand Dollars 446, 000.00) each per annum.
