and adopted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared.public highway. The Clerk issiirted to record
the report,plat the road,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and cause notices to be posted of opening of mid road,and-notify the

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Commissioners of the County of
Weld will in sixty days from. .l.trba.14th. .19 23direct the proper officer to open
and work, as a public highway,the road prayed for in a petition filed at the office
