Bids were received and opened on September 24, 2024 for bid "Dell CyberSense
Subscription" Four (4) bids were received ranging from $52,735.89 to $85,263.67. Attached
is the bid tabulation for your information.
The renewal of the Dell CyberSense Subscription allows for ransomware detection and
mitigation for our cyber security data protection environment
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Zivaro Inc. out of Denver, CO
proposed the lowest cost solution of $52,735.89 and meets the needed functionality
documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2400132, Dell
CyberSense Subscription to Zivaro Inc., for a total amount of $52,735.89.
