In previous issuances, Point 003 consisted of two 400 bbl vessels connected via liquid manifold. With this modification, six of Point 002's fourteen 500 bbl condensate tanks have been reassigned to Point 003. A GP01 conversion for Point 002 was submitted in a grouped package with this CP modification, listing eight 500 bbl condensate tanks. Point 007, which was also previously on the 13WE2759 facility - wide permit, has been cancelled along with Point 017 to achieve synthetic minor status for VOC. A copy of the application, the division's analysis, and a draft of construction permit number 13WE2759 are available on the division website: Air Permit Public Notices The division hereby solicits submission of public comments from any interested person concerning the ability of the proposed project or activity to comply with the applicable standards and regulations of the commission. The division will receive and consider written public comments for thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this notice.
