Prior to Planning Commission, the applicant had requested to shift the layout of the solar panels. Staff supported the change as it further supported the compatibility of the area. Since Planning Commission, the applicant has requested an additional change to the solar panel layout, and has requested to change the access location to be off of County Road 31. Planning Staff received the updated map yesterday afternoon. Staff is requesting that this case be referred back to staff for further review of the proposed changes, as well as proper notification of the surrounding property owners who are further impacted by haul routes, the panel locations, and the access location.
