HOUSING AUTHORITY
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2024
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, met in regular session as the
Housing Authority Board in full conformity with the laws of the State of Colorado at the regular
place of meeting in the Weld County Administration Building, Greeley, Colorado, September 23,
2024, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
El ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by the Chair and on roll call the following
members were present, constituting a quorum of the members thereof:
Commissioner Kevin D. Ross, Chair
Commissioner Perry L. Buck, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Mike Freeman
Commissioner Scott K. James
Commissioner Lori Saine
Also present:
County Attorney, Bruce Barker
Acting Clerk to the Board, Houstan Aragon
Chief Financial Officer, Cheryl Pattelli
El MINUTES: Commissioner Buck moved to approve the Minutes of the Housing Authority
Board meeting of August 26, 2024, as printed. Commissioner James seconded the motion and
it carried unanimously.
IIEI Commissioner James reported the Greeley Housing Authority Board continues to work with
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to make program
improvements and address the non -compliant status. He stated they are also working through
the administrative process of hiring a new Executive Director, as well as working with consultants
to review records and resolve long-standing problems.
Let the minutes reflect that the above and foregoing actions were attested to and respectfully
submitted by the Acting Clerk to the Board. There being no further business, this meeting was
adjourned at 9:02 a.m.

The meeting took place in 2024, with Commissioner Kevin D. Ross, as Chair. These minutes
were approved on the 27th day of January, 2025, buy the newly nominated and approved Board
of Commissioners for 2025.
