Air Pollution Control Division
Website Title: Verdad Resources LLC - Timbro 1717 Pad - Weld County
Notice Period Begins: March 11, 2024
Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to the
Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution:
Applicant: Verdad Resources LLC
Facility: Timbro 1717 Pad
Well Production Facility
NENE quadrant of Section 17, Township 9N, Range 59W
Weld County
The proposed project or activity is as follows: The operator requested the initial construction permits for
condensate and produced water storage tanks, as well as gas venting from the heater treater, which are
also permitted under General Permit 10 coverage. Permits 23WE0677, 23WE0678, and 23WE0679 will cover
the condensate storage tank, produced water storage tank, and gas venting from the heater treater. This
project includes permit exemption for crude oil loadout. This facility will be considered a new synthetic
minor source of NOx and VOCs by NANSR through this project.
The Division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment per Colorado
Regulation No. 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s):
• the source is requesting a federally enforceable limit on the potential to emit in order to avoid other
requirements
The Division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
A copy of the application, the Division's analysis, and a draft of Construction Permit 23WE0677 are available
on the Division's website at https://www.colorado.gov/cdphe/air-permit-public-notices
