To Whom It May Concern,
Please let this letter serve as a formal request to update the applicant name on the Sand Creek
1 &2 Solar Projects (1 MJUSR23-22-0027) from "ECA CO Lead" and "CBEP Solar 9, LLC" to
"ECA CO Lead, LLC" and "CBEP Solar 9, LLC". Due to a clerical error, the applicant name
used on the application materials for the Sand Creek 1&2 solar projects did not include the
entire name, the "LLC" was unintentionally left off of "ECA CO Lead, LLC".

clarifications on this request. Thank you for your assistance in updating the Sand Creek 1&2
Solar Projects (1 MJUSR23-22-0027) application materials to reflect this corrected applicant
