SUBJECT: Bid #B2300160, 3/4 -ton 4X4 S CAB (Qty 5)

The Fleet Services Department has received information from Dellenbach Motors that GM can
no longer build the five Y. ton super cab 4X4 pickup trucks for Bid #B2300160. The factory has
canceled all remaining 2023 orders. The purchase order for these vehicles was issued by the
Purchasing Department on 08/30/2023 number P2300613. We will need to rescind the original
PO encumbrance of $228,435.00.
Fleet Services recommends rescinding the vehicle on this bid. We will rebid these five pickup
trucks.

Very simply put by GM, Weld County's name was not on the list,
therefore no trucks were awarded.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience David. There were many who did not get
their vehicles. It's not been easy having to tell the customers this news.

Hi Rose, GM made their awards for allocation on trucks and other
vehicles.
Weld county did not get picked up, meaning no trucks were awarded to
Weld county.
This was a request for all. I had to request allocation for all of my
potential orders.
I had over 175 requests and only received
60.
