If the Town has not received comments from your agency by August 26, 2024, the Town will consider the lack of a response to be a positive response to the proposal in its current form. However, for the purposes of having a complete file on this proposal, the Town would appreciate a response from your office even if your only comment below is "no comment." Public Hearings: The Windsor Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, and the Windsor Town Board will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 12, 2024, to receive public comments on the enclosed annexation, and a second reading of ordinance concerning the annexation on Monday, August 26, 2024.
