REMAINDER RETAINED ELECTRONICALLY IN TYLER. How We started: • Lived in Platteville since 2004 • 2020 Purchased home outside of town for our family to have more space (Lot B), 2021 purchased Lot A. B's Teeny Tiny Home Community `6' is for Bassett, for our boys, our bee's, Lot B `Teeny Tiny' is for the homes we accommodate "tiny" in square footage, RV and "tiny houses" Size of our campground and a small, but manageable family run business. We are proposing three tiny house sites, with utilities to each one (water, electricity and sewer service) Maximum of two occupants per tiny home site. A 'Mom 'n Pop' campground During the pandemic we hosted a traveling nurse for 2 months. This introduced us to a community of traveling professionals and the demand for rental sites. B's Teeny Tiny Home Community Continued • Organic based - we started and grew on our own, very little advertising, never paid • We found a niche within the traveling medical/professional communities • Word of mouth • Provides our family a small income Looking south.
