Switches OT (FAC-1645 2024/2025 Fire Alarm Network Upgrades). Two (2) bids were
received ranging from $77,670.40 to $119,839.28. Attached is the bid tabulation for your
information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Zivaro Inc. out of Denver,
CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $77,670.40 and meets the needed functionality
documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2400072 - Cisco
Network Switches OT to Zivaro Inc., for a total amount of $77,670.40.
