Re: Notice of Termination of Agreement for Professional Services
Dear Amanda:
This letter serves as notice of Weld County's desire to terminate, effective December 31, 2024,
the Agreement for Professional Services executed by you on behalf of Peck Goldstone, LLC, on
March 31, 2022, and approved by the Board of County Commissioners by Resolution dated
April 4, 2022, nunc pro tune, March 23, 2022. A copy of the Agreement is enclosed.
Weld County has had a successful working relationship with you and later with Peek Goldstone
from 2010 to the present to establish and enforce child support orders. Thank you for your great
work. I now wish to bring the work in-house to be performed by DHS staff attorneys.
Between today and December 31, 2024, I respectfully request that you work with Tate Costin,
Assistant Weld County Attorney, and her staff to instruct them on the child support duties.
