SOUTHGATE SUBDIVISION:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way over
the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public, in
Southgate Subdivision, being a part of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P. M., more particularly described as follows:
Considering the South line of said Section 22 to bear N 90°00'00"
E and with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the SW corner of said Sec. 22; thence N 90`00'00" E
along the S line of said Sec 22 a distance of 1,992.43' to a pt on
the Ely r/w line of the UPRR, said pt being the true pt of beginning
thence N 41`44'00" E along the UPRR r/w a distance of 1,509.68';
thence S 48`16'00" E 140.00'; S 41"44'00" W 140.00'; S 46`03'00" E
73.49' as measured along the chord of a curve to the right having a
radius of 950.00'; S 46 10'00" W 82.59'; S 43 51'20" E 5.89'; S 46'
33'20" W 77.44'; S 39`30'40" W 60.50'; S 47"08'00" W 85.71'; S 40`13'
20" E 17.00'; S 48`38'40" W 73.72'; S 39`07'40" W 60.95'; S 49`46'40"
W 79.68'; S 35`54'00" E 60.35'; S 24`08'00" E 120.35'; S 08`02'40" E
120.35'; N 90`00'00" W 80.00'; S 00`00'00" E 220.00' to a pt on the
S line of said Sec 22; thence N 90 00'00" W along the S line of said
Sec 22 a distance of 733.85' to the true pt of beginning;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing,
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted,
provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of
streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider
according to specifications, and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
