Home My WebLink About20240010.tiffRESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZE PUBLICATION OF PROCEEDINGS FOR 2024 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. §30-5-111, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, shall have published the proceedings which are related to each claim and expenditure for Weld County, Colorado, for each month and also those related to Public Welfare Administration expenditures and all General Assistance Fund expenditures, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to authorize the monthly publication of proceedings and expenditures as hereinabove mentioned. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, does hereby authorize publication of the proceedings as related to each claim and expenditure allowed and paid during Fiscal Year 2024, and does hereby further authorize publication of expenditures for Public Welfare Administration and General Assistance Funds for said year on a monthly basis. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D., 2024, nunc pro tunc January 1, 2024.
