NOTICE OF MEETING
AND NOTICE OF FILING PETITIONS FOR EXCLUSION
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LITTLE THOMPSON WATER DISTRICT, AND TO ALL OTHER
PERSONS TO WHOM MAY BE INTERESTED WHO SHALL APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE IN WRITING
WHY THE PETITIONS SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Little Thompson Water
District which will be held at the Little Thompson Water District Office at 835 E. Highway 56, Berthoud,
Colorado, on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at which meeting the Board will consider Petition for
Exclusion by the following individuals and legal descriptions from the Little Thompson Water District of their
property petitioning for exclusion:
Property Owner: Charlie DiGiglio IV and Amanda Faye DiGiglio
Parcel Number: 9528229015
Property Address: 3704 Leopard St, Loveland, CO 80537
Legal Description: LOT 15, BLOCK 4, BLACKBIRD KNOLLS 2ND SUBDIVISION LOV (2001103788), COUNTY OF
LARIMER, STATE OF COLORADO
The individual(s) have requested and petitioned that their land be excluded from the District. The Board will
also take up any other business to come before it.
