Website Title: Verdad Resources LLC - Fawn 2734-2833 Pad - Weld County
Notice Period Begins: June 6, 2024
Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to
the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution:
Applicant: Verdad Resources LLC
Facility: Fawn 2734-2833 Pad
Well Production Facility
SESW quadrant of Section 22, Township 1 N, Range 65W
Weld County
The proposed project or activity is as follows:
The operator requested the initial construction permits for condensate and produced water
storage tanks that are also permitted under General Permit 10 coverage. Permits 24WE0045 and
24WE0046 will cover the condensate storage tank and produced water storage tank. This project
includes permit exemption for condensate loadout and three (3) GP02s for RICE engines. This
facility will be considered a new synthetic minor source of NOx and VOCs by NANSR through this
project
The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements
under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to
the following reason(s):
• the source is requesting a federally enforceable limit on the potential to emit in order to
avoid other requirements
The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
A copy of the application, the division's analysis, and a draft of construction permit number
24WE0045 are available on the division website: Air Permit Public Notices
