Permits 24WE0045 and 24WE0046 will cover the condensate storage tank and produced water storage tank. This project includes permit exemption for condensate loadout and three (3) GP02s for RICE engines. This facility will be considered a new synthetic minor source of NOx and VOCs by NANSR through this project The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s): • the source is requesting a federally enforceable limit on the potential to emit in order to avoid other requirements The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
