RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO NORTHERN COLORADO RETAC (NORTHEAST
COLORADO REGIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL AND TRAUMA SERVICES
ADVISORY COUNCIL)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on June 22, 2022, the Weld County Board of Commissioners approved
Resolution #2022-1802, for the appointment of Robert Schleich and reappointment of
Darin Dalton to the Northern Colorado RETAC (Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency Medical
and Trauma Services Advisory Council), both with terms to expire June 30, 2025, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Bylaws of the Northern Colorado RETAC (Northeast Colorado
Regional Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council), both seats serve two-year
terms and the expiration date of June 30, 2025, was erroneous, and should be reflected as
June 30, 2024, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Northern Colorado RETAC (Northeast
Colorado Regional Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council), as clarified
above, will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Robert Schleich to said board as the Weld County Regular Representative, and to reappoint
Darin Dalton to said board as the Weld County Alternate Representative, both with terms to expire
June 30, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Robert Schleich and Darin Dalton, be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Northern Colorado RETAC (Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency Medical and Trauma
Services Advisory Council), both with terms to expire June 30, 2026.
