Please be advised that on January 23, 2024, Flatiron Constructors, Inc., whose address and telephone
number are 385 Interlocken Crescent #900, Broomfield, CO 80021; (720) 494-8109, filed an application for
a/an Surety Release Request (SL- 4) to M2006078, Camenish Borrow, which is located approximately 8
miles East of Longmont, Section 15, Township 2N, Range 68W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County.
The operator is requesting a full and final release of the Camenish Borrow permit.
The application decision is scheduled for March 25, 2024. Written comments or objections to the
application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Brock F. Bowles at the Division
of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303)
866-3567 x 8142.
Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the
application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period following a decision
on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision.
