Optics Building Connectivity. Two (2) bids were received ranging from $123,378.00 to
$168,494.46. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Piper Communication
Services, Inc. out of Denver, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $123,378.00 and
meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2400073 - Public
Works Fiber Optics Building Connectivity to Piper Communication Services, Inc., for a
total amount of $123,378.00.
