AS MEMBER OF THE WELD COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH:
WHEREAS, Mrs. Warren H. Monfort has submitted her resignation as a
member of the Weld County Board of Health, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Monfort was appointed by this Board to fill the unexpired
term of Ella A. Mead on January 7, 1949, and reappointed on May 23, 1955, also
reappointed on May 23, 1960, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Monfort has served continuously on this Board with
distinction and by her wise counsel has contributed greatly in public service
to the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, oy the Hoard of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the resignation of Mrs. Warren H. Monfort be and
it is hereby accepted, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commisnn•ers ax?ra•
deep appreciation to Mrs. Monfort for her unselfish services.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote:
