DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
PINNACLE PARK SUBDIVISION, SECOND FILING:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that it hereby approves the dedication of the perpetual rights -of -
way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the
public in that subdivision known as Pinnacle Park Subdivision, Second Filing,
situate in the South half of the South half of Section 14, Township 6 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 14 and considering
the East line of said Section 14 to bear S 00°12'30" E and with all
other bearings contained herein being relative thereto:
Thence N 89°53'17" W, along the S line of the SE* of said Section
14, 835.30' to a point on the Nly right-of-way line of Greeley #2
Canal; thence N 35° 31'44" W, along said Nly right-of-way line of
the Greeley #2 Canal, 272.88' to the NW corner of Lot 7,
Pinnacle Park First Filing as filed and recorded in the records of
Weld County, Colorado; said corner being the true point of beginning;
thence continuing along said Nly right-of-way line of Greeley #2
Canal by the following three courses and distances:
N 35°31'44" W, 81.66';
N 58°57'42" W, 365.08';
S 85°27'46" W, 211.53';
Thence N 06°00'00" E, 397.37'; thence N 84°00'00" W, 35.00';
thence N 06°00'00" E, 60.00'; thence N 00°03'29" E, 400.07' to a
point on the North line of the South half of the South half of said
Section 14; thence South 89°56'31" E, along the North line of the
SzSz of said Section 14, 739.96' to a point on the outer boundary
of said Pinnacle Park First Filing; thence along said Pinnacle Park
First Filing outer boundary by the following six courses and distances;
S 20°32'30" E, 352.26'; Along the arc of a circular curve to the left
whose radius is 430.00' and whose long chord bears S 50°44'06" W, a
distance of 276.06'; S 32°00'43" W, 147.93'; S 57°59'17" E, 199.77';
Along the arc of a circular curve to the right whose radius is 470.00'
and whose long chord bears S 44°09'17" E, a distance of 224.75';
S 59°40'43" W, 393.48' to the true point of beginning, containing
16.397 acres, m/l, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for
filing and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are
approved, provided however, that the County of Weld will not undertake the main-
tenance of streets, roads, and rights -of -way until they have been constructed
by the subdivider, according to specifications and accepted by the County of
Weld, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the bond posted for Pinnacle Park First
Filing will also cover Pinnacle Park Second Filing.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
