DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
LEISURE LIVING, FIRST FILING:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual rights -of -way
over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public
in Leisure Living, First Filing, being a subdivision located in the Northwest
Quarter (NW+) of the Northeast Quarter (NE'I) of Section 27, Township 1 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the East half of the Northeast
Quarter (NW cor E NEj-) of said Section 27 and considering the North
line of the Northeast Quarter (NEt) of said Section 27 to bear North
90°00'00" East and with all other bearings contained herein relative
thereto:
Thence South 90°00'00" West along the North line of said Northeast
Quarter (NEl), 802.00 feet; thence South 00°11'10" West, 30.00
feet to a point on the South Right-of-way line of the County Road,
said point being the true point of beginning; thence continuing South
00°11'10" West, 288.43 feet; thence North 90°00'00" East, 330.70
feet; thence South 00°10'50" West, 1,001.34 feet; thence South
89°55'00" West, 839.15 feet; thence North 00°14'30" East, 1,290.99
feet to a point on the South Right-of-way of said County Road;
thence North 90°00'00" East along the South Right-of-way of said
County Road, 507.10 feet to the true point of beginning; containing
23.5 acres, more or less;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for
filing, and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are
approved, provided however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance
of said streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the
subdivider according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld, and
BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subdivider shall post a bond
in the sum of $2,500.00 prior to beginning construction of subdivision roads, to
guarantee absolute compliance with County Road specifications and that said bond
shall continue for one year after completion of said roads or unless sooner
released by action of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
