DISTRICT COURT:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado authorize a Petty Cash Fund in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars
($150.00) in the District Court under the supervision of the Clerk to the District
Court for the convenience of the general public.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

Gentlemen:
In accordance with a recommendation of the auditors, Robert R.
Anderson Company, I hereby request that this office be supplied with the
sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) to establish a Change Fund.
The aforementioned amount is to be used for the purpose of
maintaining cash drawers in Division I and in Division II and a reserve
change supply, all of which will be used to expedite handling of cash
receipts in the District Court.
