RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the term for a certain position on the Regional Communications Advisory
Board will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Todd Norris to said board as the Police Zone South Representative, with a term to expire
December 31, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Todd Norris be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Regional
Communications Advisory Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2026.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of January, A.D., 2024.
