At the expiration of the term of this TCE, County shall promptly repair any damage to Owner's property caused by County, its agents, employees, contractors, guests, invitees, and all those acting by or on behalf of County so as to maintain the Owner's property in substantially as good or better condition as existed prior to use by County. 4.
