- Call to Order by board chair Shawn Wolcott at 5:03 pm
- Action Item -Approval of the October 16th meeting minutes — motion to approve by Ernest,
second by Karin, no opposition, motion passed.
- Termination of the IGA between Weld County and the Greely Housing Authority —Scott
James gave some information on this termination as the Weld side does not have as much
of a need as Greeley. There are some housing vouchers the county has and will have to
have the infrastructure built out in order to transfer them over. Don't want to disrupt the
families who have the voucher. Per Scott James they have a person, (Elizabeth) to handle
the WCH CBDG funds and vouchers. Fully confident in her ability take on this task. There is

a transition team that will be put in place for the separation. Stacey, Deb, Bobbier, Bruce,
Shawn and Karin will help with the transition team.
o Staff Structure and Executive Director Search - position closes tomorrow. 3
applicants. 1 wants $175,000 and has previous experience being an ED with
another HA. Other 2 applicants do not have as much knowledge, 1 has some HA
experience, the other was a previous Director of Economic Development for
Greeley. We will have to pay 90% of the contract with the recruitment company.
Per Deb, we need to find someone with experience in HA and understands how to
manage. The salary range we have we are not getting the applicants to meet the
needs of the ED position. Urgency to get an ED position filled and a staffing model
completed. ED needs to be able to come in and hit the ground running and know
how to check the AMI's for each property, calculation of rents, etc.
- Hiring committee will need to finish the search for the ED and complete interviews as
necessary.

o Use HR support from the city of Greeley for trainings on harassment and other
topics. Amendment to contract from City of Greeley to provide this support.
- Executive Session: Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to
negotiations related to the management agreement with AGMP (Peakview Property). § 24-6-
402(4)(e), C.R.S. motion to enter executive session by Ernest seconded by Karin, no
opposition, motion passed.
- Exit exec session at 6:09
- Adjourn motion by Karin - Olivia 2nd - adjourned at 6:09 pm.
