THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED is made, entered into and effective the "ay of ijirtistr,

370 Van Gordon Street, Lakewood, CO 80228 ("Grantor")
Peters 313 Ranch, Inc., a Colorado Corporation, whose address is PO Box M,
Carpenter, WY, 82054-0397 ("Grantee").
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby sell(s) and quit claim(s) unto the Grantee and Grantee's successors and
assigns forever, right, title, interest and/or claim in the real property, subject to all right of way,
easements, and encumbrances of record, situate, lying and being in the County of Weld, and State
of Colorado, described as follows,

provided however and notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Grantor shall retain
Grantor's full and entire interest in, and this quit claim deed specifically excludes Grantor's

1) That certain Surface Use Agreement, Facility Site Easement, And Pipeline Easement, as
recorded in reception number 4928613 (REC NO. 4928613) of the office of Weld County
Clerk, recorded on October 31, 2023;
2) That certain Right of Way Grant dated September 9th, 1996, and recorded in reception
number 2579050 (REC NO. 2579050) Book 1635 Page 154 of the office of Weld County Clerk,
recorded on November 13, 1997;
3); That certain Surface Easement (Access Road) Jan 4th, 2008;

4) That certain Surface Easement (Valve) dated February 5th, 2007, and recorded in
reception number 3507539 (REC NO. 3507539) recorded on September 28, 2007, and Re -
Recorded to Correct Exhibit in reception number 3454567 (REC. NO. 3454567) of the office
of Weld County Clerk;
5) That certain Pipeline Easement Agreement dated September 14th, 2006, and recorded in
reception number 3430937 (REC NO. 3430937) of the office of Weld County Clerk, recorded
on October 30, 2006; and
6) That certain Right of Way Agreement dated January 19th, 1981, and recorded in
reception number 1850439 (REC NO. 1850439) of the office of Weld County Clerk, recorded
on February 24, 1981:
To have and to hold, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim, of Grantor to the
benefit and behoof of the Grantee forever. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed
this Quit Claim Deed on the date set forth above.
