COLORADO. ) ORDER ESTABLISHING PROPOSED DISTRI(T
THIS MATTER coming on to be heard before the Weld County
Board of County Commissioners, this 27th day of May, 1964, and
it appearing that the notice of presentation of petition and
the petition have been duly published according to law, as
required by Section 47-1-6, Colorado Revised Statutes Annotated
(1953), and that said petition has been signed by the number of
petitioners required by Section 47-1-2, Colorado Revised Statute,
Annotated (1953), the Board of County Commissioners for and in
the County of Weld, have heard said petition and any application:
for the exclusion of land from said District and applications
for inclusion of land therein;
And it further appearing that the boundaries of the proposed
drainage district have been determined;
And the Board of County Commissioners, being fully advised
in the premises, HEREBY ORDERS:
THAT the prayer of the petition be allowed, and
THAT the name of the proposed district shall be Newell Lake
Drainage District.
The boundaries shall be defined and established as located
in Weld County, Colorado, and more particularly describes as
follows:
