Surety Reduction Request for completion of the water resource pond
Please be advised that on November 13, 2024, Vima Partners, LLC, whose address and telephone number
are 1625 Pelican Lakes Point Suite 201, Windsor, CO 80550; (970) 686-5828, filed an application for a/an
Surety Reduction Request (SR- 1) to M2021049, Raindance Reservoir #2, which is located approximately 0
miles South of Windsor, CO, Section 6, Township 5N, Range 67W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld
County.
A request to reduce the currently held financial warranty to $357,385.00 from $1,191,782.00 a reduction of
$834,397.00 for the water resource pond passing SEO certification and being filled with water.
Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained
from Patrick Lennberg at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215
Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 665-0836.
Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the
application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period following a decision
on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision.
