No4'75 1966 Ann Spomer, Recorder RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission by resolution has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners that the 1967 Edition of the Uniform Building Code and the 1967 Plumbing and Heating Code be adopted, and WHEREAS, said Resolution is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution by reference, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission by resolution has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners that signs be interpreted to be a "structure" as contained in Section 10.3 "En- forcement" of zoning resolution, requiring a building permit, and WHEREAS, said Resolution is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution by reference, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission by resolution has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners that Section VI Supplementary Regulations, 6.1(1), be amended, and WHEREAS, said amendment is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution by reference, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners approves said Resolutions and Amendment in their entirety; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Resolution per- taining to the 1967 Uniform Building Code and the 1967 Plumbing and Heating Code; that the Resolution pertaining to interpretation of signs as structures; and that the amendment of Section VI, Supplementary Regulations, 6.1(1), as shown on the attached exhibits, be and the same are hereby adopted. Secretary, W:E d ..ounty Planning Commission TRAFTON BEAN & ASSOCIATES 900 28TH STREET, SUITE 3, BOULDER, COLORADO, 80302 April 3, 1968 TO: The Weld County Planning Commission SUBJECT: Revised Amendment for Mobile Homes PLANNING CONSULTANTS 303, 442-6654 Amend Section VI, SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS, 6.1 "Uses Permitted" (2) "Mobile Homes" to read as follows: (A) Mobile homes shall be permitted in the MH, Mobile Home District as a use by right subject to the provisions of the MH, Mobile Home District. Mobile homes shall be permitted in the A, Agricultural District and in the Al, Agricultural District as an accessory use on a farm provided there is not more than one such mobile home per farm and that the mobile home is occupied by persons employed on the farm and their families. (C) Mobile homes shall be permitted in the A, Agricultural District and in the Al, Agricultural District as a principal use provided such mobile homes meet all conditions of the Weld County building code (except that wall heights may be less than required by the County building code) and further provided that each mobile home is first approved as a use by special review by the County Planning Commission. (D) In the A, Agricultural District and in the Al, Agricultural District a mobile home may be occupied as a temporary use during the construction of a resi- dence on the same lot subject to the following special conditions: 1. Before a temporary permit is issued for the mobile home, a building permit shall be obtained for construction of a permanent dwelling on the same lot. 2. Construction of the permanent dwelling shall be commenced within 90 days of issuance of the temporary permit for the mobile home and shall be diligently pursued. 3. The temporary permit for occupancy of the mobile home shall be valid for a period of six months subject to renewal. 4. The temporary permit shall be issued by the Board of County Commis- sioners or its authorized representative subject to such fees as may be established by the Board of County Commissioners. (E) Mobile homes shall be permitted as an accessory use limited to one mobile home per lot in any B, Business District, C, Commercial District or I, Industrial District where a mobile home is needed to house an employee on the property for purposes of protection or control of the principal use of the lot.
