However, last year the County adopted a new land use permit called a Limited Event Permit (LEP), which might be required. Please contact Maxwell Nader, Planning Manager with the Weld County Department of Planning Services, at mnader(cr7,weld.gov or (970) 400-3527 to find out if your event requires the issuance of a permit for land use prior to the event. Then, when you are ready to submit your Special Event Permit application, please contact me to make an appointment for submittal.
