Maintenance and Support. Three (3) bids were received ranging from $105,150.26 to
$113,774.22. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Zivaro Inc. out of Denver,
CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $105,150.26 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2400075 - Guardicore
Maintenance and Support to Zivaro Inc., for a total amount of $105,150.26.
