Comment
Website Title: Verdad Resources LLC - Onion Pad - Weld County
Notice Period Begins: April 5, 2024
Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to the
Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution:
Applicant: Verdad Resources LLC
Facility: Onion Pad
Well Production Facility
NESW quadrant of Section 19, Township 1N, Range 64W
Weld County
The proposed project or activity is as follows: The operator requested the initial construction permits for
condensate storage tank, condensate loadout, and gas venting from the heater treater, which are also
permitted under General Permit 10 coverage. Permits 23WE0692, 23WE0693, and 23WE0694 will cover the
condensate storage tank, condensate loadout, and gas venting from the heater treater. This project includes
general permit 08 for produced water storage tanks. This facility will be considered a new synthetic minor
source of NOx and VOCs by NANSR through this project.
The Division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment per Colorado

requirements
The Division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
A copy of the application, the Division's analysis, and a draft of Construction Permit 23WE0692 are available
