Facility: Schrute 16 Sec HZ Well Production Facility NESW quadrant of Section 16, Township 5N, Range 64W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: The following project is requesting new oil and gas construction permits 23WE0642, 23WE0643, and 23WE0644 that were previously covered under GP10 coverage and are now converting to individual permit coverage. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s): • the source is requesting a federally enforceable limit on the potential to emit in order to avoid other requirements The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
