Dear Ms. Aungst,
This referral for a minor amendment to the home ranch of PUD (PF-1129) to remove the building envelope
on block 2, lot 3, case no. PUDF24-0002, on a parcel in SW 1/4, Sec. 32, T7N, R67W, 6th P.M., does not
appear to qualify as a "subdivision" as defined in section 30-28-101(10)(a), C.R.S. Therefore, pursuant to
the State Engineer's March 4, 2005 and March 11, 2011 memorandums to county planning directors, this
office only performed a cursory review of the referral information. Upon review, it appears that the
proposed water supply source for the property is service provided by the North Weld County Water District.
There are no permitted wells on the subject property. Therefore our office has no comments on this
referral.
