Subject: Health Building Immunization room — Contract ID 7640
Per section 4 of the contract, the contractor, Jantz Construction has requested to terminate their
contract with the County. The contractor is no longer able to perform the work required to complete the
work of the contract.
Therefore, the Facilities department is recommending the termination of this contract with Jantz
Construction.
