OF SEVERANCE, INC., DBA CALVARY CHURCH SEVERANCE
A public hearing was conducted on November 6, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 25, 2024, and duly published
September 27, 2024, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Living Rock Church of Severance, Inc., dba Calvary Church Severance, for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR24-0017, for a Church
outside of subdivisions and historic townsites in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Karin McDougal,
Deputy County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Molly Wright, Department of Planning Services, stated the Planning Commission supported
a continuance of this case to their hearing on December 3, 2024; therefore, a continuance of
today's hearing is requested to January 8, 2025. She explained an existing natural gas pipeline
crosses the property, and the owner/operator of the gas pipeline was not notified during the
referral process, therefore, to encourage the health, safety, and welfare of the proposed business,
the continuance is requested to provide the owner/operator of the gas pipeline adequate time to
respond to conditions.
Ei No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Freeman moved to continue the matter to January 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., to
allow the case to be heard by the Planning Commission on December 3, 2024. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner James, and it carried unanimously. There being no further
discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:03 a.m.
