IN THE MATTER OF ALTERING CERTAIN ELECTION
PRECINCT BOUNDARIES IN. THE- CCTTv OF GREFT„ky,
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
Whereas, certain new territory has been annexed to the city of Greeley,
and,
Whereas,Ward Three, Precinct Four has grown to exceed the legal registration
limit, and
Whereas, it appears essectial that changes be made in the boundaries of
certain precincts and a new precinct established, and
Whereas, it is desirable and necessary that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County now consider, determine and establish
such modifications in the Election Precincts of the City of Ckeeley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
WARD THREE , PRECINCT FOUR
Shall comprise all that part of the City of Greeley bounded by the
following described lines: Beginning at the North—East corner of
Section 13, Township 5 N, Range 66 West of the 6th. P.M. which is also
a point on Twentieth Street of the City of Greeley; thence West on the
North line of said Section 13, 4565.72 feet; thence South 816.03 feet
on West Greeley City Limit Line; thence following the Greeley City Limit
Line to a point which is the intersection of Twenty Second Street and the
North -South center line of Section 13, Township 5 North, Range 66 West

of the 6th. P.M.; thence South 00 12 11 W a distance of 280.42 feet;

thence South 26 18 55 East a distance of 841.48 feet to the South—
West corner of Lot Two, Block One of Panorama Park First Addition;

a point of intersection with the center line of Reservoir Road;thence in
a Northeasterly direction along the center line of Reservoir Road to a
point on the East line of Twenty -Third Avenue; thence North 75 feet,
more or less, to the South-West corner of Tract A of Heinze- Glenmere- Crest
and the North right-of-way line of Reservoir Road; thence Southeasterly
along the South line of said Tract A and the North right-of-way line of
Reservoir Road 301.25 feet to the: -South East corner of said Tract A
and the West right -of -away line of Twenty -Second Avenue; thence North
along the East line of said Tract A and the West right-of-way line of

Street; thence West along the center line of Twenty -'bird Street 105
feet; thence North 150 feet to the North-East corner of Lot 11, Block 6
Heinze-0lenmere-Crest ; thence West 300 feet to the North-East corner
of Lot 8, Block 6 of said Heinze-Glenmere-Crest; thence North 200 feet to
the Northright-of way line of Twenty -Second Street Road; thence East along
said North right-of-way line of Twenty -Second Street Road 15 feet to the
South-West corner of Lot 7, Block 3 of said Heinze-Glenmere-Crest; thence
North along the West line of said Lot 7 145 feet to the North-West corner

Avenue to its point of intersection with the center line of Nineteenth

in a Westerly direction along the center line of Twentieth Street Road
to a point of intersection with the center line of Twenty Third Avenue;
thence North along the centerline of Twenty -Third Avenue to a point of
intersection with the center line of Twentieth Street, which is also
the North-East corner of Section 13, Township 5 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P.M. which is the true point of beginning.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion, duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
