New address for your standby letter of credit document presentations/contact
Dear Beneficiary:
As a reminder, our Standby Trade Operations and Standby Customer Care teams have moved to a new location.
Our customer service phone number, fax numbers, and SWIFT business identifier code (BIC) remain the same.
What you need to do
Effective March 19, 2024, a new address replaced our San Leandro and Winston Salem locations. You should
deliver your standby letter of credit communications to the new address listed below. For standby letters of credit
that have required draw/demand documents to be presented to the San Leandro or Winston Salem address, the
draw/demand documents must be presented to the new address listed below.
To ensure timely processing, please make sure you use the complete address as provided:
