Commissioner Ewing offered the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer has submitted the following list
of Treasurer's Certificates of Purchase covering properties on which
Treasurer's Deeds can now be issued, to -wit:
Lots 5 & 6, Block 11, B & W Raymer, Certificate #255/k957
Lot 4, Block 11, B & W Raymer, Certificate #256/1957
and
WHEREAS, the county is desirousof obtaining Deeds so that the
property can be sold to new owners, thereby returning the properties back
on the tax roll.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, by theBoard of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Chairman of the Board be and he is hereby authorized
to sign request for tax deeds for property described on said formal request, a
copy of which ishereto attached and made a part of this resolution.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Reed and adopted by the
following vote:
