I am writing this letter to inform you that Hudson Fire Protection District and Platte Valley Ambulance Service have provided EMT services for special events held at the Wild Animal Sanctuary in years past. At these events the staffing coverage numbers was a decision that the two agencies would make based on information provided to us by the sanctuary event staff. I would like you to consider allowing Hudson Fire Protection District and Platte Valley Ambulance Service to meet with the Sanctuary event planners and come up with a mutually agreed upon number of EMT staff needed to provide adequate services for each of the events requested. I would be more than willing to answer any questions that may arise. Thank you for your time and consideration, %ra. I want to confirm you do not wish to serve wine and/or beer on either date? • If you add an additional food vendor after a Special Event Permit is issued, please email me the vendor(s) food license.
